Mommy went away for many days last week. We were very sad without her but she was busy helping small humans catch fish.
Yuch.
She and Daddy bought me some new toys. They are tiny and cute, just like me.
I'm not sure which is my favorite, although I am playing with blue elly right now.
Daddy also had a project last weekend. He promised Mommy something called a raised bed, although it looks like a dirt coffin to me.
It is empty so I haven't figure out yet who is supposed to sleep in it. When I do, I will let you know.
I leave you with a funny photo of one of Mommy's friends, who went to camp with her. I think Mommy teaches her puppies--I mean children.

Pretty homes and gardens
Mommy spent some time making our yard pretty for us.
She planted wildflower seeds several months ago and some of them came up. Jeremy likes them because they tickle his tummy.
Bunny came over for a few days. Before she left, Auntie Nessa teased her by pretending she was leaving her here. Bunny wasn't thrilled about that, for some reason.
Oh well, Bunny. Next time just look at the pretty flowers and everything will be okay.

My cousin Maya
I've never seen her in person, but I'm familiar with her smell from Uncle Chris' and Aunt Kate's clothes. Maya is their fuzzy daughter. She gets scared when new people come over but Uncle Jon won her over quickly.
She looks vaguely like my sister Annika, but not so fluffy.
Uncle Jon is a master with the feather.
Maybe I will meet Maya in person one day but I doubt it--she would probably hide!

I am a growth
Daddy's been telling me I'm slacking on my blog, so here's a post to keep him happy.
Mommy's been a little busy with her birthday last weekend and whatnot. She went away and visited a bunch of horses (I could smell them on her) and a bunch of dogs (ditto). When she's home, I feel a little needy.
Okay, a lot needy.
